Age Cymru, the national charity for older people in Wales, is recruiting for a flexible administrator to join our successful team.This is an exciting opportunity for you to use your excellent organisational skills and eye for detail to help ensure the successful delivery of our work supporting older people.
As Administrative Officer, the successful applicant will support Age Cymru to achieve its strategic vision and mission by providing a range of administrative support, from arranging and supporting meetings with a range of external and partner organisations to delivering a range of administrative tasks that enable effective operation of the Charity.
Please note that due to the Hybrid nature of this role, the successful applicant will be required to commute to the Cardiff office as required on a regular basis.

You will have:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment in an administrative role
- Experience of providing high quality customer service both internally and externally
- A confident and positive approach to handling interaction with others
- Experience of record keeping, using spreadsheets and databases, and dealing with confidential information
- The ability to work flexibly and proactively on your own initiative and part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Additional information:
The post holder may be required to travel by car throughout Wales together with occasional wider UK/abroad travel and work some unsocial hours. These requirements will be planned in advance.
