Four leading Welsh politicians are joining our ‘Question Time' event on Friday 3 October in Cardiff Bay to discuss key UK Government policies.
We'll be welcoming Jenny Willott MP, Elfyn Llwyd MP, Wayne David MP and Andrew RT Davies AM to answer questions from older people during Age Positive Week.
Victoria Lloyd, our Director of Influencing and Programme Development says;
"We're delighted to hold this important event with four of Wales's top politicians to discuss and debate key topics that are important to older people.
"Age Cymru wants to ensure that each party considers older people in their political manifestos in the run up to the UK elections and how they can impact on the lives of older people in Wales.
"Older people play a key part in our society, so by giving them a powerful voice during this event, we hope to see older people play a key part in party agendas."
From pensions, energy bills to poverty and scams, older people will have an opportunity to ask questions that are important to them in Wales.
Carl Roberts, BBC Wales journalist will be chairing the event.
We are holding this event as part of Age Positive Week - celebrating the positive steps of ageing.
The ‘Question Time' event is being held in the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff Bay between 10:00am - 12:00pm.
